Studio Momenty — Public Offer & Terms of Service (2026)

By booking, purchasing, or using any services provided by Studio Momenty, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms form a public offer and legally binding agreement between Studio Momenty (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”).
1. Scope of Services
Studio Momenty provides photography and related creative services, including but not limited to:
- Portrait photography
- Family and personal photography
- Business and branding photography
- Event photography
- Creative and educational workshops
The exact scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon individually per booking or written quote.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only once payment or a deposit (where applicable) has been received.
- Prices are communicated in advance and are non-negotiable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Full payment may be required before the delivery of final images or services.
- Late payments may result in delays to delivery or withholding of final materials.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Studio Momenty reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information relevant to the booking
- Arrive on time and prepared for the agreed session
- Treat Studio Momenty staff and property with respect
- Ensure that any participants (including children) are supervised and safe
5. Creative Control & Artistic Style
- Studio Momenty retains full creative control over the artistic style, editing, and final selection of images.
- Requests for specific styles or references should be discussed prior to the session.
- Additional editing or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Use of Images & Copyright
- Studio Momenty retains copyright of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are granted a personal or commercial usage licence as specified in their agreement.
- Images may not be altered, sold, or used for misleading or unlawful purposes without permission.
- Studio Momenty may use images for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Refusal or Termination of Service
Studio Momenty reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any stage if a client:
- Violates these terms
- Engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour
- Fails to comply with payment terms
- Requests services that are unlawful, unethical, or outside our professional boundaries
In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed or time reserved.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Studio Momenty is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, third-party interference).
- While all reasonable care is taken, we are not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences where services have been delivered as agreed.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these practices.
10. Changes to This Public Offer
Studio Momenty reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
The version published on our website at the time of booking will apply.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
